1. Who we are
Visual Block is a Shopify app published by Brandionary. This policy explains how we handle data when you install or use Visual Block on a Shopify store.

2. Data we collect
When you install Visual Block, we store:
- Shop domain (for example your-store.myshopify.com)
- An offline access token required for the app to work
- Subscription plan (Free / Pro) and Shopify billing metadata
- Section license records (technical identifiers for installed sections)
We do not collect personal data about your store's end customers (buyers), and we do not access customer order or profile data for marketing.
3. How we use data
We use this data only to authenticate your shop, install and remove theme sections, manage billing, and provide support. We do not sell shop data.
4. Sharing
We share data with Shopify as required to run billing and app installation. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, database) that process data on our behalf. We do not share data with advertisers.
5. Retention and deletion
When you uninstall Visual Block, we immediately revoke the shop access token and deactivate unpaid licenses. Shopify then sends a shop redaction webhook (typically within 48 hours). When we receive it, we delete the remaining shop record and related license data.

6. Security
Access tokens are stored securely and used only for the scopes you grant. Communication with Shopify APIs uses HTTPS.
